About this house rental
Unwind in Andersonville at this delightful house. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, hair dryer, heating, WiFi, and AC. The 2 bathrooms provide ample space for everyone up to 6 people. Upper Loft: A cozy queen bed with an A-frame ceiling (low ceilings, please note).
Lower Level: 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen. Full bathroom, washer/dryer, and direct access to the patio.

Upper Deck: Spacious seating area and outdoor dining table for 6, perfect for meals with a view.
Lower Patio: Two sitting benches and a table with seating for 4, great for relaxing outdoors.

Guests have access to the entire house, there are 2 parking spaces at the street (for cars or a boat) and 2 spots at the top of the very steep driveway. Please drive slowly to the left of the storm drain highlighted in orange spray paint.

You are welcome to bring your own boat/jet ski's.

Other things to note
The cleaning fee you pay is for cleaning and sanitizing the home between guests. We ask that you are respectful of our home and the only check out cleaning we ask is for our guests to wash-up and put away their dirty dishes. You can hand wash or use the dishwasher. Please bag up your trash and take it out to the receptacle at the bottom of our driveway.
* Late check-ins after 9pm must be requested in advance**
You must agree to do only 1 load of laundry or less per day of your stay.

This is a very nice property. Clean and comfortable. The views of the marina and mountains is beautiful. Too bad it was cold and rainy. I might come back in better weather to enjoy all this porches. The house is nicely stocked with anything we could need.

The house had an amazing view of the waterfront and had a very relaxing porch to sit on in the evenings. We had 5 adults (2 couples and a friend) and everyone still had plenty of space to themselves. The door code messed up upon arrival but the property owner quickly responded and resolved the issue.

Great home with excellent views of the lake from a hill vantage point. The kitchen had everything you'd need and the layout was great. We Loved having bfast on the deck listening to birds and then at night playing yatzee looking at the stars. Great spot.

The six of us are in our mid 70's. The loft was a real challenge-every day. One full bathroom wasnt easy. No trash cans except in kitchen and bathrooms. A small one in each bedroom would have been nice. A/C was turned low-terrible heat...we all made it through just fine- im just wanting you to know its hard for us old folks! A beautiful view of the lake, we sat out on the deck every am and pm. The mosquitos and biting knats were plentiful...
