About this house rental
The home backs the Appalachia Trail Mountain Range. There is county authorized, public road access for ATVs (All Terrain Vehicles) to the Wind Rock ATV Park and the City of Rocky Top, TN. The home is close to the interstate. Norris Dam, Norris Lake access and Norris Dam State Park are less than a 10-minute drive. Many other local attractions. This is a great, private getaway. You will enjoy the space. I own other similar property available to book.

Full access to the property. Spend time in the woods behind the home. ATV access is encouraged but limited to and from the Wind Rock ATV Park and the City of Rocky Top. Upon arriving to the property, you will drive over abandon railroad tracks and follow down the gravel driveway to the house. Care in crossing the tracks the first time. Real low cars may scrape a little. I will be available to help you get settled.

We travelled to Tennessee to cater a friend’s wedding. We chose the home based on the kitchen space, however, we received so much more!!!!! This is a hidden gem! Such a sweet home with all necessities tucked away on a backroad of the rolling hills of Tennessee. Convenient to the local town and within 30 minutes of Knoxville. They have me thinking up reasons to return! The host is readily available for any questions you may have. The kitchen is fully equipped, bathrooms are amply supplied, and the unit is clean and welcoming! Do yourself a favor and go enjoy this sweetheart of a home!

House was perfect!!! Had everything you need, very well stocked and CLEAN! Will the owner was great to work with, very accommodating. We were there to ride Windrock on our SXS and the location was outstanding, only minutes from two trailheads. It also sits at a dead end with a large porch, very private and plenty of parking. Sits on a very large lot that has a fire pit and plenty of wood to burn. The city of Clinton is only 10 minutes away and has everything including a Super Walmart and many choices to eat at.Rocky Top is a small town but does has a few choices to eat and shop, as mentioned the town is UTV / ATV friendly so you can ride to get gas, groceries or even to get a meal at the Cracker Barrel. Overall a great week staying at the house and will definitely be back soon.Thank you Will!

Everything was good host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Plenty of parking covered area for vehicles. Trailers did bottom out going into drive as it is a small hill. Very private and relaxing with a flowing stream next to the home. Plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms well stocked kitchen.

Kitchen was fully supplied. Fenced in back yard for kids. The house lights are tricky, theres so many lol. House was a good size and very clean. The driveway is narrow and winding so we had to park our large gooseneck trailer off site. Everything remained safe and intact. Very close to 2 trail heads at windrock. Very nice location. Town is RZR friendly for fuel and food. Had a great trip!
