Please note: There are charging points in the shed for an electric wheelchair/scooter.. A lovely holiday home for a family break with a private hot tub to relax in and enjoy. Just 4 miles from the sandy beaches of Chapel St Leonards which is a small seaside town north of Skegness. Anderby Creek is also the same distance away and with unspoilt beaches and a good cafe to enjoy is always popular for a day out. Within 20 mins drive for great family days out are Fantasy Island, Butlins as well as the traditional seaside resorts of Mablethorpe and Skegness. With a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor Nurseries Cottage is ideal for those that are less mobile and the kitchen offers a good social area to enjoy with comfy seating as well as looking out onto the back garden and open fields to the front. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 6 guests as this invalidates the insurance and breaches the booking conditions. Please note the property is connected to a quiet, adult-only campsite.
The owner does not allow amplified music in the hot tub and garden area, there is no restrictions but we ask you respectful keep noise levels to a minimum after 20:00. Please bring throws, covers, bedding etc for dogs. Should extra cleaning be required because this has not been adhered to you may need to be billed for this. The owner requests all guests are respectful of the rules and tranquillity of the surroundings.

quite a spacious cottage and well laid out kitchen was equipped with enough for our needs, quiet and comfortable with enough secure garden for all to enjoy and not worry about the dogs wandering off, the camp site next door made us feel very welcome and they have a little shop with essentials in it, they also have a cafe open from 9:30-11:30 offering a good breakfast, doge are welcome too and well looked after also getting a doggie brekkie, with a warm friendly atmosphere
