About this house rental
Seaways is a 3 bedroom, dog friendly holiday cottage located just a few minutes walk from the blue flag beach at Sutton on Sea. All on one floor, Seaways has been completely renovated and extended to provide 3 bedrooms (2 x king, 1 x twin), 2 shower rooms and a large, bright, open plan kitchen, diner and lounge with double doors opening onto the private and fully enclosed rear garden. There is also parking for 2-3 cars outside the property.
As part of the renovation works in 2021 a brand new kitchen complete with integrated appliances and 2 new shower rooms were fitted. In addition, new windows and doors, new central heating and electrical wiring were fitted throughout. The property was also completely redecorated with new furniture and soft furnishings throughout.
The property offers free wi-fi, 3 smart TVs, USB charging points, all towels and bedlinen, gas BBQ and garden furniture. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.

This the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! Spotlessly clean. Well stocked kitchen. Exactly as described. Less than 5 minute walk to beach. Responsive host. We had a lovely stay and will stay again.

Great layout for 2 independent adults, each having our own kingsize bed and bathroom…plus a spare room! Secure rear garden for our tiny dog. Lovely quiet location. An abundance of kitchen accessories available… enough cups to use daily & put into the dishwasher to wash all together at the end of the stay (no washing up…hooray!) Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Ketchup, Gravy Granules & so much more all available… even a bottle of milk in the fridge and a tray of ice cubes ready for us in the freezer on arrival.

This bungalow is a star find! It has quality fixtures and fittings and is in a fantastic location. The property and the close-by beach are both dog-friendly too. Everything you could need is to hand at this fabulous accommodation. You'll be missing out if you don't stay here!

On arrival were met by the manager with a welcome pack of tea, coffee biscuits and items which were much appreciated. The key safe was explained and all amenities were shown. Everything the cottage was brand new.. We wanted fo nothing. Everything was comfortable and towels and sheets etc were provided with the option of a change midway through the stay. Rooms were spacious and there were two shower rooms. The outside area was safe and secure for our small child. The beach was minutes away along a flat road. Sand dunes and beach was easily accessible with very few people. The manager called us to make sure all was well. A nice touch. Shops were local and I can recommend the "Dolphin" fish and chips. There were local Co-op and Spar shops which were well stocked. Sutton On Sea is small but it had all that we required.We had restful ten days.This cottage comes well recommended by us.
