The villa is located in the mountains, in the village of Kirianna. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees with views over the mountains and sea.
The villa has a Private pool with a large garden of 1500 m2. There is a large terrace with furniture, plenty of sun loungers and parasols. There is also a roof terrace to enjoy the setting sun. The outdoor space is unique because of the beautiful views over the mountains, vineyards and sea.

In the centre of the villa is the living room with open-plan kitchen, with French doors opening onto the spacious terrace. The villa is a 5-minute drive to the beach. 10 minutes' drive to the beautiful and cosy town of Rethymno. Small supermarket, bakery and taverns nearby, large supermarket about 7 minutes' drive. The villa offers an excellent base for excursions either to Heraklion, Chania or on the south coast, where you can enjoy the beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters of the Libyan Sea. There is an excellent choice of restaurants and tavernas in the area and a wide range of sports and water sports to choose from.
