The luxurious two-storey house, built on the farm 12000 m2, just 10 minutes from the centre of Rethymnon and 2 km from the sea, is the ultimate destination for those who want to enjoy a truly memorable stay in Crete. Surrounded by olive groves and overlooking the blue and the Cretan mountains, compose a harmonious natural environment and offers guests the feeling of tranquillity and relaxation throughout the year.
The newly built stone house uniquely combines comfortable accommodation with unsurpassed natural scenery.
The villa consists of a spacious interior, four double sleeping rooms, a living room, a dining room, a traditional fireplace, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a semi-outdoor space and large verandas. All rooms have panoramic views of the unique Cretan landscape.
Particular emphasis is given to the decoration which follows simple, modern lines that vary, with individual touches as much as needed to make the villa unique.
The surrounding area of the villa is surrounded by a garden with lawn, flower beds with colourful flowers, a swimming pool with Jacuzzi and offers possibilities for relaxation and wellbeing. The house has its own barbecue for unique barbecue evenings.

The house is a wonderful place in a quiet location. The owner Niki is so welcoming and helpful. Even made us a wonderful home cooked dessert which was delicious. The house is cleaned twice a week which is lovely as you don’t normally get that with your own place. The house has everything you needAnd we were very comfortable here for our holiday.A car is a must especially if you have children it’s a little out of the way butClose enough to can drive easy to local shops and restaurants.If you stay here you must book a dinner with the local traditional restaurant POLIOU it’s 5 mins drive away and it has the best food/atmosphere in Crete. Thank you Niki for making our stay extra special.

The eight of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The rooms are spacious, the pool is large, and there are several terraces perfect for sunbathing. The villa is situated on a hill, offering excellent sea views. Shops and restaurants are a 10-minute drive away and easily accessible by car. Nikki, the owner, gives you a warm welcome and great tips on places to visit. In short, a wonderful villa for a fantastic holiday in Crete.

Fabulous! Lovely, well equipped, large villa, which was exactly as advertised on Vrbo. Quiet, beautiful views, a well maintained, clean swimming pool. Niki is a very considerate and kind host, nothing was too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend this villa.
