The host was very helpful and accomodating, although a few small glitches to start with it was resolved easily. 6 nights stayed here and it was perfect for what we needed during our time in Johannesburg. Close to all of the places we needed to visit and very safe.
A few bits in the appartment need updating/R&M, new towels would be a good idea, but generally no complaints.

The apartment is beautiful but smaller than on the picture. We didn't know it was a residential area.
There are not enough utensils, and we encountered a problem with crocoches,and we didn't have serving dishes to keep our food in the refrigerator. Or dish out our leftovers. The pots didn't have the lids. It's not user-friendly for self-catering. It's not 24-hour electricity as stated on the advert. The loadshedding affected us too because there's no backup.
