The place is well kept and the omelet was exceptional the next morning. Breakfast presentation was very good.
Overall its a lovely place to stay.
The bed is too short and the curtains are not block out, so sleeping was a little bit uncomfortable, especially with the light shining into the room at night.

The staff are fabulous - very helpful - pleasant and always on site.
The breakfast menu was small but well cooked etc.
Good block out curtains.
The rooms are tired and definitely need some work. A cupboard with a broken handle making it difficult to open. It had very little space for clothes - 3 hangers only. A front door which was exceptionally difficult to close. Frayed bath towels. Shower needs to be scrubbed - grouting dark with mould. Only plug near bedroom mirror was sinking into wall and difficult to get to as it was under the counter. The bedlinen need to be replaced - lumpy duvet and very uncomfortable pillows.
