Priestranný dom v malebnom prostredí Liptova

V poschodovom rodinnom dome so zahradou sme boli uplne sami. K dispozicii sme mali cele vyvysene prizemie. Prve poschodie a suteren ma majitel uzavrete. Na nasom poschodi sme mali velku kuchynu, dostatocne zariadenu (chladnička s mrazničkou, sporak, rychlovarna kanvica, mikrovlnka, riady), s vyhladom do zahrady. Velku obyvacku s pohodlnou sedackou a televizorom. Dalej tam su este 2 spalne. My sme boli iba dvaja, takze sme vyuzili jednu vacsiu spalnu, ktora bola zariadena povodnym starym "retro"nabytkom. Druha spalna bola menšia, zariadena novsim nabytkom, nachadza sa tam aj detska postielka. V kupelni je vaňa (chyba zaves, pri sprchovani je cela podlaha mokra), toaleta, retro stojan na uteraky. K dispozicii sme mali aj po jednom na osobu jeden uterak(nie osusku). Dom je starsi, trochu citit vlhkost, ale je dobre vykureny, takze sme mali teplucko. Citili sme sa ako u babky 😄. Parkovanie je mozne aj na pozemku tesne pred branou, aj za branou v zahrade. Ale pre velky schod sa tam autom nedalo dostat, parkovali sme vonku na ulici pred domom. Najvacsie vyhody: Sukromie, tichúčko, dobra poloha RD, dobra cena

1.Bolo by dobre, upravit teren tak, aby sa dalo parkovat vo dvore, resp. pred branou. Na ulici to nie je velmi vhodne, pretoze je uzsia a chodi tadial aj autobus. 2. V zahrade by mohlo byt nejake krajsie sedenie, plus mozno aj menší gril. Je pekna, ale nie je v nej co robit 3.Vymenit nabytok v spalni 4.pridat nejaku zastenu- zaves ju vani do kupelne

Ein schönes, sauberes Haus in unmittelbarer Nähe einer Bushaltestelle. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und reagiert schnell auf Probleme und Wünsche.

Es wäre schön, wenn der Gastgeber die Heizung mindestens einen Tag vor der Ankunft der Gäste einschalten würde, damit wir in ein warmes Haus kommen. In der ersten Nacht war uns sehr kalt. Und es wäre toll, wenn es einen Grillplatz gäbe.

The location is quite convenient, it's silent and nice place very near to the bus station. Well silent, if the neighbor did not decide to make some reconstruction that is. Although that's nothing a host can do anything about.

Any utensils and dishes were not very clean, we must wash them before use. As usual the knifes were not sharp, but this time I count with that and took a sharpener with me, so no big deal. Then there's no sieve and that was a little more problematic. It was a little difficult to prepare pasta without it, but we manage. What surprises me, was that many screwed bolts were not properly screwed, fortunately I have a tool, so the door handles stopped to remain in our hands after opening of some doors. Some issues I cannot fix though like some broken closets. And on top of that the toilet filling valve does not close properly, so the toilet tank was leaking water. Just to the toilet itself, but it was making dripping sound. And probably because of that the cold water pressure was set to be very low. So, it was difficult to use just a cold water in the near basin and it takes quite long for the toilet tank to be filled.
