The location was farther away from town than I had hoped. But it was in a nice quiet area.
The back yard really needed more attention. It needed more work on the landscaping. There definitely needed more lighting around the back of the home.

House had flies, moths & other bugs throughout, was pretty dusty, there were no outside lights in the front of the house so it was pretty nerve wracking with the house being back in a heavily wooded area & not being able to see where you’re walking in the pitch blackness, especially when you have to walk all the way around to the back yard to to even get into the property.
