Location of caravan

Caravan hard to find not numbered up clearly no path to van

Great for a base, swimming pool, bar, restaurants and amusements on site so good entertainment for kids.

Fantastic location. Kitchen very well equipped. Nice touch to have tv in all bedrooms.

The dishwasher was absolutely filthy inside, the filter was thick with grease and food stuck in it that had clearly been there ages. We cleaned it. The saucepans had just been chucked in the cupboard which had to be dragged out and sorted to find what you needed and at the bottom was a frying pan that hadn’t been cleaned. Whoever is cleaning is not checking properly.

On the whole was comfortable stay.

Balcony good area for outside sitting, quiet and area/site nicely kept.

Van could hv been a bit cleaner oven outside dirty, food left inside dishwasher and not emptied. Mattress springs not comfy had to put an extra duvet for padding. sink plug hole smelly and needed a good scour. Shower room door lock had to be looked at as door shut and latch was diff to get door open. The internet was not good, un to use van cover, had to purchase my own data to use mobile data from phone. No contact ack from phone message left re broken door.

Not a good experience

The facilities was fairly good

The accommodation was not good at all wasn't clean stains all over the carpet.the sofas had all food stuck down the sides and under the cushions.the beds were awful ie the mattress was bad.Hairs left in the fridge the outside decking gate was broken with sharp pieces and with my grandkids was not safe I have pictures also to prove these things

I would definitely visit again including this caravan

Location was really good. Layout was really nice. Veranda was useful and nice to have and liked the holiday at seal bay itself

There was some dirt on stove and bedroom cudboard tops. Lights weren’t all working

A very enjoyable holiday at a reasonable price.

The caravan is very nicely laid out with everything in it you need for an enjoyable stay. The location is great because it’s only a short walk away from the seafront and clubhouse and eateries. It has ample parking nearby and a nice veranda to sit out on too.

My only negative is the mattress on the double bed needs replacing because it’s very uncomfortable. Even sleeping on top of a spare folder duvet I woke up with a bad back each morning. The noise from the clubhouse at times was noisy at night.

Very poor , slipped in shower and broke my ankle.

The location

Handle on patio gate broken , tap in sink loose, stains on carpet , net curtains ripped, work surfaces in kitchen greasy, cupboards dirty, shower very slippery and not anti slip mat or grab handles, mattresses on beds old and uncomfortable, radiator in toilet rusty and dirty. The caravan was not very clean and old and tired.

Excellent location, great size holiday home more then enough for our family

Location was key, but to have a holiday home with the space was excellent, the amount of kitchen tools, cups, Cutlery available was amazing. Some you only get a few in but had enough and more available. Couldnt ask for more in a holiday home.
