Great hospitality (grazie Eugenia), stunning views over the lake (amazing sunrises!!), the appartment is as on pictures; spacious, comfortable double-bed and quality bedsheets, in the kitchen you will find all utensils for cooking and beyond, even sharp knives!! Free parking 70m away. We stayed in February for 4nights - heating system was working perfectly đź‘ŚThere was a welcome gift from hosts

I don’t think guests have to throw away trash (unless they live there for weeks) which was the request from hosts. Especially when they are tourists from a different country and do not know the recycling rules which differ from country to country). Also - we prefer Booking.com over Airbnb for the reason that you don’t need to do lots of extra things while renting.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in Top Lage, sehr modern mit allem ausgestattet und ein wundervoller Ausblick direkt auf den See.
Die Dusche sollte besser gereinigt werden, an den Fugen in den Ecken war etwas Schimmel

L'appartement, meublé avec goût, tout le confort pour 4 personnes, les petites attentions de la proprietaire, MAIS
Les photos sont trompeuses, appartement au 3 ème étage, 61 marches, non stipulé dans l'annonce, pas de terrasse seulement 2 balconnets, la route très passante reliant Lugano à Stresa passe sous les fenêtres, vacarme H24, l'appartement quoiqu'en dise l'annonce n est pas insonorisé, impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes il y a trop de bruit.
La climatisation existe dans la salle mais pas de distribution dans les chambres, la place de parking proposée n' est pas en bas de l'immeuble mais à côté du parking publique.
C est bien dommage.
Si nous avions eu toutes ces infos nous n'aurions pas réservé malgré le grand confort de l'apoartement
