Big flat in a safe house. Near sea

Had no stay

Did not get to see it. Arrived at 2am on the 17th. Was not allowed in so had to book into an hotel nearby. Had emailed the apartment before. Stated time of arrival. Was told arrival time was ok. On arrival was told I could not enter. Also phoned booking.com customer service a few days earlier to cancel part of my stay. Was assured arrival on that day at that time was all good. I do not know what happened exactly ☹️

A huge disappointment!

The location is excellent. The property agreed that we could check in early and check out late! The bed was very comfortable. A good sized fridge. A heater and fan were provided.

Getting in to the property is a nightmare! The agreed early check in proved to be a farce. There are no keys but you are sent a link to get remote access to the property. If you haven’t got a smart phone you can’t get in. The “host” who we never met, forgot to activate the link. When we called him, we said we didn’t understand him and to speak a little more slowly to which he replied he didn’t understand us either! He then activated the link and we were able to get in. We got in to the property to find a key to the gate from the road but not the lift. The apartment was dirty. We messaged the owner who said he got the dates wrong and it would be cleaned the following day! You need a key to get the lift up to the reception but that wasn’t provided! We were told the cleaner would give it us the following day! In the meantime my husband had to go up the stairs and get the lift down to me as I am disabled! The key didn’t work! We borrowed one from the concierge and were told we could get a key cut! The cleaner came and on the surface, did a great job. There were no longer footprints through the dust! Nothing is provided! No soap etc so going to the loo when you got there meant you couldn’t even wash your hands. The towels took some finding as they were in a wardrobe! A welcome pack would be a nice touch but absolutely nothing. The spare pillow was a joke, rock hard and didn’t fill half a pillow case. The wobbly, ill fitted taps, microwave, sink, cutlery, glasses etc, etc were disgusting. Everything was tacky to touch and cheap. The microwave was going rusty inside. There are no saucepans (except a huge stewing size pan), no frying pan, no toaster, no coffee machine. There was a knife but no chopping board. The outside terrace is enclosed and the “outdoor furniture” is cheap and rickety and located inside! The water in the shower is luke warm at best. Having a shower was not pleasant. It would be OK in the middle of a hot summer.

Black out curtains would have made it better, it was too light to sleep in and a toaster would have been great.

Fantastisk läge, stort med bra garderober och byråer. Lugnt och stördes inte av andra boende eller ljud ute på gatan.

Endast 1 nyckel för dörren in till huset vilket gjorde det väldigt krångligt, en kunde inte gå hem och sova för man var tvungen att släppa in den andra. Hade varit bra om de digitala nycklarna fungerade även till den dörren. Att AC endast tar 50cent, svårt att växla till sig då många ställen inte ville växla. Jag provade att lägga i 1€ och trodde att jag kunde få dubbla tiden men det gick inte.

El apartamento fue económico por ser temporada baja, todas las semanas de tormenta, y una oferta de última hora. Espacio grande, edificio de los años 60, con todas sus virtudes y desventajas.

Cada día es menos agradable que los propietarios no tienen ningún tipo de relación con sus huéspedes. Somos unos simples clientes a los cuales nos cobran y todo se hace en la distancia sin poner interés o empatía en el cliente. No he conocido o hablado con los propietarios, sólo a través de la plataforma de booking, pareciéndome todo muy impersonal y poco agradable. Después para personas con pocas habilidades en la tecnología puede ser hasta un suplicio acceder a la vivienda. El apartamento es de los años sesenta, amplio, con un pequeño baño que desprende en ocasiones mal olor. El sofá cama no es cómodo, en líneas generales es suficiente para lo que se pagó. Desconozco en temporada alta, pero varias noches, entre las dos y las cuatro de la mañana, algunos locos pasando y gritando...

Geen luxe uitstraling, maar een erg goed en fijn appartement,voor een kort verblijf van 6-7 dgn

Alles was netjes en erg schoon. Fijn dat er een aparte slaapkamer ,badkamer, woonkamer/ keuken was. Met de nodige apparatuur om een ontbijt te kunnen klaarmaken. Mooi klein balkon. Erg fijn bed, wat heerlijk sliep. Erg fijn dat er een wasmachine en droger aanwezig was. Het is erg comfortabel om direct op de boulevard te lopen als je het terrein verlaat. En alles binnen een handbereik wat je zo nodig mocht hebben

Er had wat meer badhanddoeken mogen liggen Maar verder geen commentaar over het appartement

Umuligt at komme ind, vi brugte 2 timer på at komme ind, da man skal bruge en nøgle, og det var der ingen der havde. Blev lukket ind til sidst af en anden beboer. Alt for besværligt.
