- Perfect location. It's literally steps from the Metro, which made getting around Athens effortless. - Koukaki is a great neighborhood. Beautiful, lively, and walkable, with a nearby cinema and excellent (and well-priced) Asian food options. - Excellent value for money. For the area and convenience, it felt like a very good deal compared to similar short-term rentals. - Felt secure. Two doors before entering the apartment, and the neighborhood overall felt safe. - Thoughtful basics provided. Hairdryer, body soap, plenty of toilet paper, kitchen paper, and even makeup-remover cotton pads—small details that made a difference. - Kitchen essentials were available. Fridge, electric kettle, microwave, and a ceramic cooktop—great for quick breakfasts, snacks, or light meals. - Sleeping setup worked well. One bedroom has a large bed that comfortably fits two, and the other has a bunk bed plus a comfortable sofa-bed. - Plenty of power outlets. Lots of sockets around the apartment, which was very convenient for charging devices. - Great base for active travelers. Ideal if you're out exploring (Koukaki, Neos Kosmos, Syntagma, Acropolis, etc.) and mainly come back to shower, rest, and unwind.

- Compact, semi-basement feel. It's a semi-basement with no balcony and lower ceilings, so it can feel a bit tight—especially if you're over 180 cm. - Small bathroom/shower. The bathroom is on the smaller side. The toilet is normal-sized, but the shower is narrow, and the faucet placement makes the space feel tighter. - Ventilation may be limited if cooking a lot. The kitchen hood didn't seem to vent to the outside, so steam/smells can linger. We mostly ate out or used the microwave, so it didn't affect us much, but it's something to note if you plan to cook often. - One A/C for the whole apartment. There's a single small air conditioner, so in winter it needs a bit of effort to warm the whole place. - Limited closed storage. There isn't a full wardrobe/cupboard, so we used the shelf and open clothes rack. - Better for exploring than lounging at home. It's not really designed for spending all day indoors cooking and relaxing—it works best as a comfortable, convenient base while you're out enjoying Athens.
