Location was great close to the Tube station, parking was secure and views from the apartment are amazing.
Accessing the car park could have been easier, the greeter wasn't aware of the location of the access fob. Surfaces in the apartment could have been cleaned better, looked they had just been wiped with a damp cloth.

Comfortable
Had everything that was needed for a lovely stay
Very close proximity to London Underground , shops conveniently situated around the apartments
Dishwasher flap was broken, so no dishwasher tablets could not be used. I informed the agent, who did not fully understand the problem. We used the dishwasher without the tablet. Nothing inconvenient, was an overall really lovely and super comfy stay

Well equipped but problems with the tumble dryer and was very dusty when arrived and it was not ready at the time promised
