Elegant Fulham & Chelsea 3 Bed House With Roof Terrace & Jacuzzi

Great location Fulham with great access to shops bars and transport.

The house was comfortable with all the amenities we needed. We loved the area and it was very close to public transportation, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The host was very responsive. Lovely place for a big party or family

The stairs are steep and narrow. Less appropriate for small children and elderly guests.

Was a bit noisy - people on the street below & the aeroplane flight path that starts at 0600 with a flight going over every 20 mins of so - those are obviously beyond the control of the owners and could be understandable in the middle of london. Some areas of the property look very tired e.g. tape on the floor to hold down tiles in the kitchen, missing light knob in the kitchen, curtain pole hanging off the wall in the living room( looked about to fall down so we didn't tough it). Only 1 wine glass & 2 champagne glasses for the whole house. Bought pods for a coffee machine that didn't work - contacted the owners but didn't get a reply until after we left. Roof terrace door doesn't lock which didn't feel particularly safe as there is another roof terrace next door. Early check out of 10:00 These are small issues but together are annoying & took the shine off an otherwise great stay. I contacted the owners about these issues and they said they were not aware of them ( except the floor) but I see from other reviews there are comments on the bath jets not working in 3 reviews which makes me suspicious attention to repairs may not be prompt. The owners offered an apology & a discount if we stayed again which was very kind. The cleaning team said we left the property in good condition and gave a 5 star review however asked for a 5 star review in exchange. This wasn't the firs time, I asked for a later check out which they said they would do (without cost) but only if I gave a 5 star review.
