Great location, spacious with lovely balcony. Well equipped kitchen.

No a/c (we had hot weather), lots of stairs if you have heavy suitcases.

Posizione ottima, staff eccezionale. L'appartamento è molto accogliente, decisamente di alto livello rispetto agli standard inglesi. Dotato di due camere da letto e due bagni per la massima privacy. C'è anche un divano letto in soggiorno utilissimo per ogni evenienza. Lo staff che ha in gestione l'appartamento è super disponibile, a qualsiasi ora, per rispondere a tutte le domande e gestire qualsiasi necessità. Molto organizzati e celeri nelle risposte, ho molto apprezzato l'assistenza fornita per tutte le mie richieste. La posizione è ottima, il quartiere è tranquillo. A due passi dalla fermata della metro e da 2 supermercati molto ben forniti. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi viaggia in famiglia o con coppie di amici. Cucina super funzionale e provvista di tutto quel che serve. C'è perfino la vista sulla città. Abbiamo dormito bene, i letti sono molto comodi. Esperienza da rifare. Quando torneremo a Londra, torneremo sicuramente qui. Lo consiglio a tutti davvero!! Complimenti!!!

They tried hard... Very ambitious to do the right thing. Careful about Covid rules, all was clean, the lady wihtthe keys friendly. The company running the letting responsive, whilst not too efficient.

Management company very complicated with myriads of emails with web links, all of them could not opended for some IT reasons Despite reminders via difficult emailig, no change. Handover hence very tiring and complicated. Complaint about a double duvet for two children (whose kids sleep under one duvet?) first unheard, finally accepted. Were meant to receive a complimentary second duvet, turned out to be a second duvet couver for a double duvet and another towel etc, ie a pre-assembled kit, not what was needed ...a simple second blanket! Well. all in all, they in the end tried hard, still receiving the web link emails I cannot open... Will I use them agai? I doubt it
