Upstairs, on the first floor, you’ll find one hug of a king-sized bed feathered in quality Egyptian Cotton awaiting in the two serene double bedrooms and a luxurious rolltop bath for post-hike evening soaks. While up into the eaves on the top floor, you'll find a characterful third bedroom with twin beds that would perfectly suit children or friends sharing. But it’s back downstairs in the expertly extended living areas where we think you’ll spend most of your time together. Hunker down in the cosy lounge for board games and catch-ups. Then spill out into the light-filled dining area overlooking a pretty courtyard garden for drinks and nibbles. And though cooking is a joy in that made-for-action kitchen, those charming local inns and top-notch restaurants on your doorstep might just be too tempting.
