Smiling Loft

The host is such an amazing host. Always available if you need, very difficult to find supportive hosts like Daria! The property is very nice and cosy, close to everything, there is nothing that can get u disappointed, highly recommended!!! Thank you Daria for your amazing hospitality!!

Viaggio molto spesso per lavoro e ho la fortuna di poter vedere molti hotel in giro per il mondo (non necessariamente 4-5 stelle, un po' di tutto). Ci sono alcuni casi particolari, rari, che mi colpiscono positivamente. In questo alloggio, ho trovato una cura per gli accessori aggiuntivi che raramente si vede anche nei migliori hotel. Dal set bagno, alle pantofole, alle cialde per il caffè disponibili. I miei sinceri complimenti alla proprietaria.

Il letto è messo all'interno del vano del soggiorno senza alcuna vista su finestre. Essendo un mini appartamento ovviamente è una scelta quasi scontata ma forse ci potrebbero essere soluzioni diverse.

Tutto così come descritto anche oltre le aspettative La proprietaria è stata disponibilissima e cordiale Pulitissimo e confortevole

Unless you absolutely need a higher floor and/or a balcony, I recommend the Smiling Loft studio for a single person, couple or even a small group. If you go in hotter weather, this ground-floor studio stays cooler and there’s a built-in heat exchange air conditioner (heats and cools). If you know the Garbatella area, you know the location is excellent There’s a set of exterior stone stairs (with a wheelchair platform stairlift) to walk up to get to a terrace level. You enter the studio through your own small walled terrace on this level. There's a table and chairs, as well as a washing machine with (it’s very common in Italy for washing machines to be outdoors on balconies and terraces). Smiling Loft provides what you need immediately; olive oil, coffee pods, salt, cool water in the fridge, etc. but also provides "extras" in case you forgot your toothbrush, etc.. The studio itself is laid out and decorated nicely, with the bed in a nook. The studio’s exposure is east, so sunlight comes flooding in in the morning but the nook is protected from that direct sunlight. Everything in the separate kitchen is laid out in a sensible way. There’s even a drawer under the sink with bins for separating your garbage. The separate bathroom has a large walk-in shower and hot water arrives instantly.

I found this flat very comfortable and easy to live in but if you don't like the ground floor, this won't be your best choice.
