The place was clean and neat.

The taps in bathroom basin & shower should be mixer style. It was very cold & was not nice washing your hands with icy cold water or very hot water. Shower taps don't work so well being separate either & would've preferred a stronger flow with the shower pressure, especially after a long car ride.

Really comfortable and safe. Cars parked behind locked gate and the little outside patio is also behind the locked gates. The room has everything you need and the beds all have electric blankets as it can get very cold in Richmond. You are encouraged to use the aircon to warm the room. Shower is comfortable and water is hot. Two coffee options and tea etc availble with rusks en fresh milk in the fridge. You don’t hear the traffic from the N1. There are numerous restaurant options available which is communicated before arrival. The check in and out was very easy. Host responds very quickly to messages via whatsapp.

Everything was nice!

Great comms from our hosts beforehand. Our host was fantastic on our arrival (it was raining and he met us with umbrellas). Premises are very secure. Lovely room with lots of space, electric blanket, aircon (heat), TV, fridge, etc.

Although the bathroom is super comfortable with lots of space, character and a lovely bath, a shower would be an added bonus.
