Piso Marc by Sealand Villas

Locality was great, in the city centre and like 100 meters from beach. The apartment was spacious and clean, very nice kitchen and large bathroom.

Only downside is quite thin walls with other apartments. But it was not that big of a problem.

The apartment is very well equipped and close to the beach restaurants and small supermarket. Main bedroom very comfortable second room had twin beds and was quite small but as we were only 3 it was fine for my daughter on her own.

Check in wasn't until 5pm. Too late in my opinion. Surely it doesn't take 7 hours to clean a small apartment. I contacted the managing agents to ask for an earlier time first by email and and got a very curt reply saying those were the rules. I then phoned and the lady said she would speak to the cleaners. Never heard a thing after that. Parking is also an issue if you bring a car. Street parking is possible if you're lucky enough to get a space but we found it very tricky. There is a car park nearby at the Marina which you have to pay for but it was full when we arrived.

The apartment is very comfortably furnished and there is everything a cook needs in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the whole apartment was spotlessly clean. Shower is excellent and the washing machine area good.

I knew that the apartment isn’t sea facing but did miss the attraction of a balcony. Only Spanish TV programmes available, but the price was reasonable.
