Accommodating up to five guests, the apartment offers a cosy and functional setting, ideal for families or small groups. It features three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with one single bed. Both bathrooms are fully fitted and include a shower. The master and twin bedrooms, as well as the living room, are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay throughout.
The spacious and bright living-dining area opens directly onto a private terrace offering stunning panoramic views over the bay. Outdoor furniture allows guests to enjoy breakfast by the sea or dinner at sunset in a privileged setting. The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and a microwave. There is also a separate laundry area with a washing machine.
The building has a lift, providing easy access to the apartment. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the stay. The apartment is located in a beautiful area, right on the promenade. Clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The kitchenette is well-equipped, and the terrace offers beautiful views of the harbor, mountains, and beach. Parking is available, and there are restaurants serving delicious local cuisine and bars nearby. I was very pleased with my stay.

Meget fint beliggende lejlighed med skøn udsigt til lystbådehavnen, bjerge og havet. Dejlig stor rummelig altan med sol til først på eftermiddagen, men dog med lidt støj fra gaden. Masser af gode restauranter i området. Fantastisk godt cykelområde. Mallorca er bare fantastisk og der er så meget at se i området. Lejligheden lever helt op til fotos??hurtigt svar fra vært.
