Street parking is free, which makes accessing the apartment by car easy. From the building's common staircase, guests can access a charming terrace, an ideal place to relax and enjoy the surrounding views.
Marina Floor offers a bright and functional space, with two cosy bedrooms that allow natural light to flood the apartment through an interior courtyard. The apartment also has a fully equipped complete bathroom that provides all the necessary comforts.

It includes modern appliances such as oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and everything necessary to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, there is a dining table for four people, perfect for sharing a meal with family or friends.

On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Apartment was perfect for my family. Comfortable couches, bright sitting room and kitchen was well equipped. Our 2 year old slept in the room with no aircon but we were able to keep it cool with the fan provided. The roof terrace is a nice surprise. The location is the best thing about the apartment. We loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants in less than a minute. We would go back again.
