Łatwy kontakt z gospodarzem. Parking dla gości. Bliskość sklepów i restauracji. W bliskim sąsiedztwie promenady. Odległość do Starego Miasta pieszo, wolnym tempem około 30 minut. Gospodarz uprzejmy, z dużą wiedzą na temat wyspy.
W okresie letnim przydałaby się klimatyzacja.
