You will hear people and music from time to time. Close to great restaurants. Bring your boat or ask about boat rentals! You'll have a blast hanging out around the lake and might even get to see some live music from right downstairs. If you like the beautiful lake scenery, you'll be right at home!

Perfect location in the downtown Tavares area. Walking distance to everywhere. The place is spacious and well decorated. Will be my first call when making another stay in the area. It’s directly over a bar and that was a plus for us.

Well we came for our 28th anniversary. It was amazing great restaurants in walking distance, boats on the lake all kinds and sea planes landing plus volleyball at night plusthebar played great music and was done by 10. Thank youkinds and sea planes
