What a lovely property! We were so lucky to have stayed here for a trip to visit for family graduations in Eustis. Beachy beautiful decor. The cleaning was impeccable. Updated kitchen and bathrooms, so comfortable and spacious.Location was convenient to 7-11 and walking distance to stores. Try Cousins Kolaches!The backyard was awesome, it was private and the pool was refreshing and big. We loved the screened in porch and tiki bar.The primary bedroom door is ill fitting, and should be replaced.The only issue we experienced was an inoperable washer, no one’s fault just really inconvenient.Thanks to Brittany who was so fantastic as well.

This VRBO is positively lovely. Immaculate, spacious and exceptionally comfortable. We enjoyed staying here. Please know you’ll need to bring nearly all basics like toiletries,Saran,foil,baggies, even pepper. While outfitted in every other way this property is most likely only used as a rental. We didn’t mind hitting the dollar store

The house was perfect for us and the pool and fenced in backyard was the kicker. Very peaceful and the dog had a place to roam around. In a nice neighborhood and close to a lot of attractions. 5 minutes to downtown Tavares. 15 minutes to Mt. Dora. Will try to stay there again on next visit.

Master bath - child size sink and toilet. Kitchen Dining Area- spilled water in the floor wiped it up with a paper towel and it was black. 2 pots in the cabinet had food in them. Stove was filthy we did a 3 hour self clean. Dishwasher is the loudest appliance ever. Master Bedroom- It is not a king bed it's 2 twins next to each other and you can get lost in the bed crack. Outside - only 1/2 of the sting of lights work by the Tiki bar. No outdoor lights for the pool area. All solar lights are broken. No side tables to set a drink in the main living room. No guest book with information. Wifi login, area attractions, check out instructions etc... this was after we checked in late @ 4:30 because cleaning person was still there.
