About this apartment rental
Two bedroom condo with one bath. Fresh new flooring in these condo. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom two has a full size bed and a set of twin bunks. Full kitchen with dining table to sit and enjoy a meal together. Gas fireplace in the living area to make a nice cozy gathering place. Easy access to this condo as it is on the same level as the parking area. Ski lockers available for renters. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

As the title says, this was our best experiencing renting at Sunday River ever, and we've had a ton of experiences. The place was clean, well-stocked, great space, easy check-in / out systems, and Four Seasons was super responsive and available the couple of times we had questions, like when we first arrived and had trouble with the lockbox.

I have found from this past stay and previous stays at condos on the mountain that they are desperately understocked. We brought our own toilet paper and paper towels because there is never enough supplied. Three rolls of toilet paper for six people for 5 nights is not nearly enough. Two rolls of paper towels is not enough. It should also be noted in the agreement that one has to "call" to have the outdoor pool opened.
