About this apartment rental
This is a very unique North Peak condo offering two bedrooms and one and half baths accommodates up to six guests. Bedroom on has a queen size bedroom and bedroom two has a full size bed with two single beds (one bunk). Just steps to the outdoor heated pool building. Full updated kitchen is perfect for a quick lunch or preparing a full dinner. Gas fireplace in the living area. Cable TV and WIFI included. Ski locker is available on the lower level for renters use. Great ski-in ski-out condo. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.

Great family condo slopeside at Sunday River. A bit of a hiccup upon arrival, as first it was hard to determine if we were in the right building with no signs out front at night and were given the incorrect access code for the lockbox. Once I could reach someone, the correct code was given but made for some anxious moments. Alas, we could not ski in/out due to trail closures but Sunday River did not disappoint. The kitchen was nicely updated and well stocked with dishes and cookwear. The 2nd 1/2 bath was a lifesaver amongst 3 kids. As was the dishwasher! The only negative was the mattress in the master as I think the topper was hiding a well-worn mattress as I sunk in a hole each night.
