After a day of skiing or snowboarding, relax in the warm and inviting living area, complete with comfortable seating and a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and snacks during your stay.
Sleeping arrangements include:
• Bedroom 1 – Queen bed
• Bedroom 2 – Two bunk beds (4 twin beds total)
• Living Room – Queen sleeper sofa
The condo also features one full bathroom, a private ski locker for your gear, and access to the North Peak outdoor heated pool — perfect for unwinding after a day on the mountain.
Whether you're here for a ski getaway or a relaxing mountain retreat, this condo offers the perfect combination of comfort, location, and convenience.
The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Nice Place. Well Stocked Kitchen. Should have two parking passes. Please attach the dishwasher to the counter top. Good direct access to ski hill....if the nearby lifts are open, which they were for some days of our stay.
