Located in the heart of the resort and Val Claret, on the 4th floor with elevator, this functional and comfortable 3-room apartment of 65m2 is very well equipped. You are sure to have an excellent stay, close to the slopes and shops.The living room opens onto a south-west facing balcony with mountain views. It features a sofa bed (2 seats 140X190), a TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, toaster), dining area for 7 people. The first separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed (2 mattresses of 80 or a total of 160X190). Provision of blankets.The second bedroom has two single beds, possibility to make a double bed (2 x80X190). Provision of blankets. Presence of a fold-down bed 1 person in the entrance, the upper bed cannot be used and it is recalled that it is not suitable for children under 6 years of age (Article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of 25 August 1995). In summer, Lake Tignes, its nautical base and the sports beach offer a multitude of activities for both young and old, regardless of their level. It is also the starting point for beautiful hiking and the descent trails reserved for them will delight mountain bike enthusiasts. As for golf enthusiasts, they will be able to go to the Golf 18 holes in Tignes located at the top of Val Claret.
