The location of the apartment is simply perfect. Located opposite the beach, you have direct access to the stunning Hollywood beach through the Swimming pool area. It has an excellent view of the sea.
2 Queen beds and a sofa bed, very comfortable that will allow you to enjoy your stay.

30USD will be charged for each key FOB, every two adults (+12 years), at the time of Check-in, which will allow you to access the facilities of the building. (1-2 adults 1 fob, 3-4 adults 2 fobs and 5 adults 3 fobs.) (Credit or debit card only)

Parking fee:
* 1 week : 100$
* 2 weeks ; 125$
* 3 weeks : 150$
* 4 weeks or 1 month ; 175$

Washer and dryer is next to the elevators (not inside the unit) and they need a card to enter.

* Guest must be in house (not advance deliveries)

I will do my best to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. I live less than 10 minutes away and I like to be in the building every day. However, I do respect your privacy and I will not disturb you during your stay. The unit will be very clean when you arrive with plenty of fresh towels. If you need anything please let us know. No need to clean the apartment when you leave, that what the cleaning fee is for. Just contact me, and I'll take care of everything else!

My daughter and granddaughter and I spent the week in Hollywood, at your condo. It was a safe place to stay, the condo is bright and sunny and easy to keep clean. We sat by the pool, under an umbrella and took walks on the beach. We ate one night on the Boardwalk and really had a lovely time together. Thank you for renting to us! Vonnie Engelsma

Very large and convenient place to stay, with nice view and direct access to a beautiful beach. Wonderful kitchen, nice comfortable furnishings without any clutter. Not much to do in the immediate area, but Hollywood broadwalk is very close by.

Everything about the property and unit were as great as advertised! The building had great security and provided a quick, easy check-in process. The condo unit was clean and spacious with a beautiful ocean view for the 8 days we were there. The owner was very attentive to our needs and offered us many recommendations on things to do in the area. The condo is centrally located and offers easy access to and from the airport, Hard Rock casino and places north towards Fort Lauderdale and south towards Miami. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again!
