About this house rental

Close to sledding, ecotours, and more, this family-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 7-minute drive to North Eifel Nature Park or the 22-minute drive to Eifel Volcano Museum (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return to this 1830-sq-ft vacation home, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

A BBQ grill, a fireplace, a desk, and a printer are featured at this 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. We had a great stay, the garden and view are great, as well as the environment. The house and especially the kitchen were well equiped.Unfortunately, some things were a bit disappointing and to be honest, we did not understand all the positive reviews (9 or 10). Firstly, the house was advertised for 12 persons, but in fact there were only 8 or 9 normal beds and some matrasses on the floor on the attic. Secondly, it was advertised with a whirlpool that wasn't there. Finally, the interior of the house looked a bit old and unkempt, especially the bed rooms. Based on the online photo's, we'd expected more than what we experienced.We shared our feedback with the owner, who responded in an understanding way. The whirlpool seemed to be an translation error, it was misinterpreted with the sauna.

We stayed with 7 adults in this house. We were impressed by the panorama-view, it was lovely to just sit here and enjoy. The kitchen is very complete, with enough to cook. The house was clean and light. The bedrooms are tidy. Altough the info says there are 6 bedrooms, there are actually 4, with the possibility to use the sofa bed in the 'work room' (room nr 5). This worked for us. The curtains were a bit light for us, most of us would prefer darker rooms. We would recommend staying here, and there is a chance we will return to this house.
