Smelly

We rented three houses, one me and my family stayed in, was smelly. This was due to dehydrated pump stone / washbasins. We didn’t get the smell out of the house by opening all windows for hours. This gave an unpleasant stay and unclean feeling, not nice to stay or to sleep in. It looks like no one looked after the house before we entered, it was just waiting for guests too long and resulted in dried out washbasins. Not nice at all.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY, bad experience overall

The house is new (not finished)

The house isn’t finished and basically on a construction site. A lot of things don’t work (sauna, no TV), which surprised us. It’s not worth the money, at all. Also the staff and the whole process before you arrive is a COMPLETE nightmare. I’ve booked around 50 times over booking, this was by far the worst experience. I got 5 messages asking and telling me the same thing, I don’t know if they’re automated but it’s just a nightmare as they threaten you repeatedly with their outrages fees for towels and sheets (ridiculous in the first place), after you say you will bring your own messages arrive that say “we will provide them and you will pay the fee”. When we asked for checkout at a specific time they arrived early and then late. I would never ever stay here again even though the house itself is nice enough (if the TV and sauna worked).

Superb

Great vacation house!

The limit to use the electricity is quite inconvenient, especialy whe you are traveling with the whole family. We kept watching for the electric meter and worry to turn on any electronic devices, otherwise everything is perfect!

Lovely house with additional costs

The house is still like new and very nice, as is the park. It has a great design, and a nice terrace with some lawn for the children to play. There's also a playground in the park, although it could use some attention. The park is next to a nice forest.

As for electricity, 10 kWh per day is included for free. As we didn't use the sauna and used the washing machine and dishwasher only twice in 4 days, we were surprised to find out that we had exceeded the allowance by 50%. Probably in part due to the heat pump, running regularly to provide hot water, even if the house itself doesn't require heating. So keep in mind that there will be an additional fee for electricity, and that it can be costly to use the sauna or to heat the house on electricity in colder periods. We opted to bring our own bedsheets and towels to avoid an additional fee of 60 euros for the five of us. In general the park seems to provide as little as possible: e.g. 1 tea towel and no hand towel in the kitchen for a 4 night stay, no sugar or salt, just 2 blocks of dishwasher soap, no detergent for the washing machine and 1,5 rolls of toilet paper.

Pleasant

The Sauna is great and the beds are comfortable.

I didn't like the "new" smell it had, or the air quality. When a building is somewhat new i guess that is quite normal, but it was not pleasant. Also there were annoying noises coming from a back room, that kept us up.

Accommodation itself was fine, way of communication over the phone can definitely improve!

House was clean and spacious, and the woman doing the key handover was nice and friendly.

Good to take into consideration as also already stated in the information (but which I overlooked) that the site is under construction and there are additional extra costs you need to pay for the use of bed linen, towels and electricity. I contacted the host because the internet was not working everywhere, unfortunately the guy on the phone was really unfriendly and rude in his communication. He was not helpful at all, not evening wanting to help over the phone and talked really annoyed. Not the attitude towards guests that you would expect for this kind of accommodation unfortunately.

Prima huis

Leuk, mooi en schoon huis. Nabij een bos.

Rondom de huisjes werd nog gebouwd. Winkeltje was nog niet open. ( Dit was vooraf wel bekend, dus aanvaardbaar)

Nett aber zu hellhörig um zur Ruhe zu kommen

Schönes helles Haus in toller Lage. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und das Herz begehrt. Es war schön warm beheizt zur Ankunft.

Haus ist sehr hellhörig, Abwasserrohr vom oberen Bad läuft durchs Schlafzimmer, scheinbar nicht oder schlecht isoliert. Fehlende Fußmatten, bei Regen keine Chance den Matsch draußen zu lassen. In den Nachbarhäusern waren Monteure untergebracht, ab 5:30 lief für 10-15 Minuten der Motor und es wurde sich lautstark unterhalten. Trotz schließen des Fensters war weiterschlafen nicht möglich, bis alle Monteure unterwegs waren. Sehr schlecht gelöst. Haus neuwertig, aber alle Arbeiten schlecht ausgeführt, Türen schleifen, Küche sauber aber alles schlecht zusammengebaut. So schade. Bei den Abstrichen und fehlende Schlaf ist der Preis in keinster Weise gerechtfertigt.

Zeer mooi complex in opbouw, wij komen zeker terug.

Goede ligging, zeer propere huisjes.

Ik boekte een huisje met 3 slaapkamers en ik kreeg er maar 1tje met 2 slaapkamers voor de kids. Ik betaalde voor een groter huisje en kreeg er een kleiner.

Nette Übernachtung auf unserer Fahrradtour

Dass man eine Ferienwohnung auch für eine Übernachtung erhalten hat!

Wohnpark noch im Bau. Da liegt es auch in der Natur der Sache, dass es etwas Baulärm gab. Aber alles im erträglichen Rahmen.

Alles machte insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck.

Neue und moderne Ferienhäuser in einer FEWO Siedlung. Alles in der FEWO ebenerdig, Dusche ist behindertengerecht. Die Betten sind angenehm. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. WLAN und TV funktionierten einwandfrei. Wir durften unsere eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen. Sehr nette Begrüßung von hilfreicher Dame an der Rezeption.

Die Straßen werden erst gebaut und sind noch holprig.

Très bon coin pour la détente

Tout nouveau, très beau, dommage que c’était encore fort le chantier à l’extérieur, donc les abords étaient moyens, mais par contre on est dans la forêt, donc c’est très agréable. Belle petite terrasse, bâtiment bien conçu, un petit sauna, tout ce qu’il y a de plus détendant à l’intérieur.

Le chantier à l’extérieur, toutes les informations sont en allemand, le personnel ne parle qu’allemand. Donc pour qui ne comprend pas l’allemand et ne le parle pas, ça peut être compliqué. Par contre ils sont très gentils.

Heerlijk verblijf, voorzien van maximaal comfort!

Geweldig verblijf in een rustige en natuurlijke omgeving. De hosts zijn enorm vrolijk en vriendelijk, de huizen zijn nieuw en schoon. Je slaapt op heerlijke én nieuwe Emma Matrassen. Het huis is voorzien van een goede douche met harde straal, comfortabele banken en een volledig uitgeruste nieuwe keuken. Er staat zelfs een elektrische barbeque op je terras! Natuurlijk is het park nog in aanbouw, maar daar hebben wij geen last van gehad. Dit is de eerste 10 die ik uitdeel; maar meer dan verdiend! Chapeau!

Het adres wat booking.com meegeeft leidt je niet naar de locatie, maar naar een huis op de hoofdweg ernaast. Dit was verwarrend bij aankomst. Verder enorm tevreden!

Zum wiederholten male ankommen, sich wohlfühlen und wiederkommen.

Frühstück haben wir selbst gemacht, die Lage war für unsere Zwecke ideal weil wir wandern wollten.

Bei 4 Erwachsesenen wäre eine seperate Toilette, getrennt von der Dusche und Sauna, schön.

sehr schöner Aufenhalt für eine Nacht mit Freunden

Obwohl der Bezug eigentlich erst ab 16 Uhr möglich sein sollte, sind wir schon früher ins Haus reingekommen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und sonst alles sauber und chic. Auch die Sauna war super.

Es ist etwas schade, das für viele Kleinigkeiten extra Zahlungen fällig werden. Zuviel verbrauchter Strom... Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt etc... Das ist bei vielen anderen Unterkünften mit drin...

De buitenkant van de huisjes ziet er keurig uit, maar alles is heel slecht en heel goedkoop afgewerkt! Je ziet dat ze snel veel geld willen verdienen. Personeel wordt niet goed behandeld (gesprek gehad met iemand, ik zeg niet wie)

Locatie top! Hygiene zeer goed. Accomodatie ruimtelijk en licht. Rolluiken een pluspunt. Alle (luxe) basisvoorzieningen aanwezig ( rolluiken, 2 badkamers, 3 wc's , vaatwasser, smart Tv, dweil , stofzuiger...)

Douchevloer zeer glad (kleine kinderen).

Mooi huisje, mooi weer en een gezellig langweekend

Compleet huisje op een locatie waarvan je veel verschillende uitstapjes kan maken. Wandelen, fietsen, met de auto de omgeving in of door het bos naar Prüm. We hadden mooi weer en heb van alle activiteiten en uitjes genoten.

Mooi ruim huis aan de rand van bossen.

Wij hadden een 6-persoons huis, met beneden een slaapkamer met 2-persoonsbed en badkamer met douche, toilet en wastafel en boven 2 slaapkamers,1 met tweepersoonsbed en toilet+wastafel en 1 met 2 losse 1-persoonsbedden. Boven was een kleine sauna (2 persoons) en een seperate ruime badkamer met toilet, douche en wastafel. Het uitzicht op de heuvels was prachtig. En de hond heeft zich prima vermaakt in de tuin. Heerlijk dat we zo het bos in liepen.

De kussens waren groot maar erg plat. Verder was het op het oog een mooi huis, maar was er erg veel niet (mooi) afgewerkt en beschadigd, ook door vocht. Als je onder de douche gaat is de hele badkamer nat.Wij waren teleurgesteld omdat we aangegeven hadden gebruik te willen maken van de hottub, maar deze bleek bij aankomst niet te werken en mooie bij het huisje te zijn.
