This home has spared no expenses… quality finishes and inviting designer furniture throughout, flat screen TV in the living room and flat-screen TV’s in all the bedrooms. Large kitchen with center island, all modern stainless appliances, beautifully decorated bedrooms, most notably the master with a premium king mattress, walk-in shower.

Spacious eastern facing screened-in lanai pool area with tropical foliage surrounding, creating a super private outdoor oasis…complete with an relaxing tiki sitting area by the dock, dining set and of course comfortable chaise lounges…it just doesn’t get much better!
Recently installed panoramic lanai cage for those unobstructed views. New solar pool heater to keep that setup for year round swimming.
Kayaks provided in the garage as well as bicycles for guests to use while here.
Everything included for your very short trip to the beach: beach cart to transport beach items like towels, chairs and umbrella, a portable cooler and 4 bikes to ride to the beach or tour the island.

Our vacation home was everything we hoped for and everything the pictures look like. The location is perfect, right in between two parks. The kids enjoyed kayaking to their friends’s house. The pool was immaculate. The whole house was spotless, but also felt very comfortable. plenty of towels and pool toys.

House had hairs in the bed and stained towels. When we first arrived at the house, there was an exterminator there spraying the entire property, which was offputting also the next day when we were trying to relax in the pool area, a pool cleaner came for a half an hour to clean the pool. Lots of little things made this house not feel like a home. It’s still pretty dated as well. I would not stay here again
