This home has spared no expenses… quality finishes and inviting designer furniture throughout, flat screen TV in the living room and flat-screen TV’s in all the bedrooms. Large kitchen with center island, all modern stainless appliances, beautifully decorated bedrooms, most notably the master with a premium king mattress, walk-in shower.
This home makes sure your relaxation in paradise is on an entirely new level! Spacious eastern facing screened-in lanai pool area with tropical foliage surrounding, creating a super private outdoor oasis…complete with an relaxing tiki sitting area by the dock, dining set and of course comfortable chaise lounges…it just doesn’t get much better!
Recently installed panoramic lanai cage for those unobstructed views. New solar pool heater to keep that setup for year round swimming.
Kayaks provided in the garage as well as bicycles for guests to use while here.
Everything included for your very short trip to the beach: beach cart to transport beach items like towels, chairs and umbrella, a portable cooler and 4 bikes to ride to the beach or tour the island.

The outdoor space was amazing. The interior needed some help. Very dated. The bathroom towels felt like they were 20 years old. All mismatched & worn out. Same with the bedding. Nothing matched & felt like they just picked up stuff from a garage sale. The outside was amazing, was just shocked about the interior. Some simple improvements could make this space amazing. We loved how quiet it was & area location.
