Our host was amazing. I truly appreciated all the communications. Very nice accentuations and amenities were all top notch. When the new deck is completed it will be so nice enjoying the canal. We would return.

Reported crack in glass shelf bottom night table downstairs bedroom, broken kitchen faucet, microwave vent clip hanging, rip in chair cover at kitchen table, living room rug corner curled and dangerous, dishwasher shelf off track, master bedroom upstairs rug all pulls, upstairs shower door didn’t have handle and off track, upstairs toilet has flushing issues, heated pool water was cold and was told it was 87 degrees on Monday. It was finally 80 degrees on Thursday. Pool man came on Wednesday, turned water hose on and left but never came back. We turned off the faucet and put hose back so pool area didn't flood. Dan, at Harbor view realty was condescending when he said "you shouldbea home inspector". Riley thanked me for reporting the pool company.
