The space
The first floor apartment has been fully refurbished for 2022. There are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, conservatory / dining room, courtyard garden, private parking and a garage.
The lounge provides a 4 seater corner sofa, 43 inch smart tv, alexa with complimentary access to prime music and broadband. The master bedroom provides a king size bed. Patio doors provide lots of natural light and open up to the private courtyard garden and seating area. Perfect to enjoy that morning coffee. The second bedroom offers bunk beds and plenty of stoarge from the fitted wardrobe. It is a small yet cosy room. LED strip lights have been fitted to provide a bit of fun for the kids. The well equipped kitchen has a microwave, coffee machine, washer dryer, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The conservatory is accessed via the kitchen. Its a lovely spacious and bright space. Within the conservatory is a 4 seater dining table and 2 adult bean bags and a table for added comfort. The bathroom has a large fitted power shower. The private enclosed courtyard garden has a patio area with a 4 seater table and chairs. It is a real sun trap and very secluded. There is also a BBQ. The apartment has a private parking space in front of the garage which can be used to store bikes, fishing equipment, kayaks and paddle boards etc.
