About this cottage rental
This lovely cottage is set on its own 800 yards away by foot from the main site. It has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, kitchen, dining & utility room.
Set in its own garden backing onto the woodland walks, this is the perfect spot to enjoy your holiday.
Take advantage of the peace & quiet relaxing in our gardens, taking in the scenery. Or go exploring around our grounds, enjoy the duck pond & see the wonderful wildlife. Children will enjoy the games barn (open all year, wrap up in the winter) with a pool table, Air hockey. table tennis & toys to enjoy. There are swings & climbing frames around the grounds.
Located across the farm (a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk) at the north end is our outdoor heated swimming pool & Grass tennis court (open from May to the end of September). We operate a booking system for those that would like a private swim and there is also a free swim session where all guests can use the pool at the same time. On the opposite side of the farm there is our hard tennis court which is open all year round.

We had a brilliant 5 night stay at the Lodge over an unexpected May heatwave! Sheelah, Jack and Kim were incredibly helpful and friendly, with tips for a day out in Norwich and providing everything we needed for our stay. We drove each day to the swimming pool - the highlight of our trip - and loved having private access during our booked slots. The Lodge is fully equipped with everything we needed and was a lovely base for us to stay. We'd love to come back again.

Could have done with a bit of info on local buses. Very peaceful surroundings with lots of bird song.

Having stayed here 14 times I can honestly say it gets better and better. Each visit something new has been upgraded or added . This time it was the heating in the outdoor pool. Great temperature, clean pool and so lovely to be able to book an hour for just our family. The owners go the extra mile to make our stay perfect. Can't wait for our next visit
