About this house rental
Welcome to the gated community of Escena. This 3 bedroom plus den 2.5 bath 2500 sq. ft. home was built in 2015. Located on the 16th fairway of the golf course, the open floorpan allows for entertaining guest in style.
Living Space:
Open concept living with beautiful views of your own private pool and spa. There is a large smart TV with Apple TV in the living room. Log in to your streaming services to catch up on your favorite shows. The gas fireplace with electronic starter is perfect for those chilly winter nights.
In the kitchen you will find plenty of fine Italian cabinetry, Quartz counter tops as well as high end Bosch stainless steel appliances, convection oven, gas stove with 5 burners. The large kitchen island serves as a breakfast bar as well as a laptop work station. The large dining table will comfortably accommodate any guests you may have for entertaining. The oversized den, located in the front of the home, is set up should you need to attend to any business matters.
Bedrooms:
The oversized master bedroom with king size bed has direct access to the outdoor patio. The master bathroom has 2 separate vanities and oversized walk in shower with 2 shower heads and large soaking tub. The large walk in closet has abundant storage for your entire wardrobe.
Guest bedroom 2 has a king size bed while guest bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. There is a shared guest bathroom with large walk in shower, as well as a powder room in the hallway.
Outdoor Space:
Enjoy the luxury of panoramic Fleetwood sliding doors in the living room and dining area. Floor to ceiling windows and sliders blur the lines between inside and the outdoors. Enjoy alfresco dining by the pool or take a dip in the sparkling pool and spa.
Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.
There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.
Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals
The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:
All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.
Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.
Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.

This is a roomy, modern, well-decorated, well-furnished home. It looks as good or better in-person as it does in the photos.We worked remotely here for February 2025, and were impressed with the home. The pool area gets lots of sun in the morning and early afternoon. It's in the shade after that. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishware, drinkware, pots, pans, utensils, etc. The family room has plenty of seating (we had 3 friends over to watch the Super Bowl and it wasn't crowded) and a huge TV. There's also plenty of seating and a table for 6 by the pool. If you are looking to walk to restaurants, this isn't your house, as it sits back in a gated golf community. That said, all of the hot spots in Palm Springs are within a 10-15 minute drive, and there are plenty of retail outlets within 5-10 minutes of the house. If the homeowners weren't using the house next February, we would have booked it again.

Enjoyed the property. Jerry was great to work with. They need to work on the maintenance of appliances and the property in general. An advertised gourmet kitchen usually at least has salt and pepper.
