In addition to the noise standards identified in Chapter 11.96 of the code, no radio receiver, musical instrument, phonograph, compact disk player, loudspeaker, karaoke machine, sound amplifier, or any machine, device or equipment that produces or reproduces any sound shall be used outside or be audible from the outside of any unit used for short-term vacation rental. Any machine, device or equipment that amplifies music inside any short-term vacation rental shall not be heard beyond the property line of the short-term vacation rental at all times.

My family had a fantastic stay! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor space was fabulous - perfect for enjoying the desert weather. The hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend!

The pool could have been a bit warmer. The house was very well appointed. A couple of cushions for the chase lounges would have been nice. Overall the place was great!

We had such a great stay at the villa, the kids enjoyed the pool everyday, they had everything we needed in the house. It was a beautiful home and the owners were only a txt away if we needed anything at all.5 stars we will be back!! Thank you so much!
