Property is very nice, but it did not help that the wind was blowing very hard. Pool umbrella was floating in pool when we arrived and pool needed frequent cleaning.Received conflicting instructions regarding key code from Evolve and then owner. Welcome binder did not have much useful information, like name of Wi-Fi. It did have a thank you card from previous guests and a breakdown of the HOA fees, as well as some doodles.Lots of light switches, not sure what some of them did.All in all, very nice with some minor annoyances.

The house was roomy for 6 people. The kids and grandparents enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi. We liked that it was located close enough to the PS Tramway and the Living Desert Zoo (everything seems about ~20 mins away). The house is in a gated community and everyone is friendly and kind. Would definitely come again!
