We stayed the month of February. Great location with a short walk to the beach and Coligny shops/restaurants. The unit was comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed the patio. And pool deck, although the pool is not heated so we did not use it. Some improvements we'd suggest.. inventory and upgrade a few kitchen utensils, and the main bath shower gets only lukewarm water. we're missing

Our property was centrally located. It was spacious and comfortable. The pool was very nice. It had very easy beach and restaurant access within walking distance. Chairs and wagon were provided.
The property manager (Vacasa) could have been more responsive. We were never able to talk to a live person, and could only communicate via voicemail or text messages and received delayed responses. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The threshold between the bedroom and bathroom floors was completely loose and presented a tripping hazard.
A number of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty or had the dead bugs in them.
We were disappointed that we had to buy our own trash bags as there was only one provided for the kitchen garbage can for an 8-day stay. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided, and there was no Kleenex.
Overall, we were pleased. It could’ve been 5 stars with attention to a few more details and better communication.
