"71 Springwood Villas is a 2nd-floor townhouse with comfortable décor and furnishings throughout.
The 1st level of this townhouse features a fully equipped kitchen with an opening to the dining room and living room with a sleeper sofa. There is also a powder room on the main floor. The living room features a flat-screen TV and access to the back patio that has a spiral staircase that leads to the courtyard and pool area for Springwood Villas.
The 2nd floor of the townhouse features the 2 bedrooms each with private baths. The master bedroom which faces the front of the complex features a king sized bed, TV, and a private bathroom. The guests bedroom which faces the pool and landscaped areas features a queen bed and a bunk bed with a twin over full and a pull out trundle bed, TV, and private bathroom. The villa is about an 8-10 minute walk to the beach.
Springwood Rules: NO pets, grills, smoking, trailers, campers, boats, or golf carts are allowed on the property. A complete list of rules is posted inside the villa.

I stayed for 6 days with my family and everything was really nice. The house is very comfortable, very clean, and perfect for our stay. The location is amazing. I have had many wonderful experiences on Brazilian beaches, and I can say that Hilton Head offers similar enjoyment.
