This five-bedroom home in Santa Rosa Beach is ideal for those looking for a fun beach vacation! The enclosed backyard provides the perfect place to relax with an in-ground outdoor pool, a shaded patio with an outdoor dining area, and a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues. The location is as superb as the home itself - you will be close to the beach and 30-A restaurants.
Upon entering the home, you will encounter nautical decor throughout, along with tiled floors and a pristine ambience. The first dining area is located to your right and comfortably accommodates up to seven people. On the opposite side is an inviting family room with two comfortable sofas. As you continue the tour, the main living space will appear before your eyes with tall ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The living area invites you to relax and enjoy an entertaining evening at home, watching your favorite shows on the TV. The group's chef will be delighted by the well-appointed kitchen with sparkling stainless steel appliances. It also has a breakfast bar with four stools and a second dining area for six. The main bedroom on this level has an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a shower. There is even a washer/dryer for added convenience.

From the time we arrived to the time we left the house was amazing. Pool was a major hit our group of 18 all could be in it save still not feel crowded which is amazing location was amazing as well less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and to the amazing ice cream shop.

Pros:
-The house is big and has a lot of room we had 15 people and everyone could seperate and do their own thing.
-The pool was a good thing for when we didn’t want to walk down to the beach
-the beach is close but be ware it is mainly private beach, the public part is very small and gets packed quickly.
-few food places within walking distance plus the ice cream shop.
-beds were comfortable and great having a washer and dryer for the towels and everything after swimming
-we were able to check in early
Cons:
-ac went out- took maintenance over 24 hours to get here to look at it and provide a portable one that isn’t enough to cool the house, still extremely hot.
-ants were in the sugar that was left in the kitchen from past people. Can not leave anything on the counters even if it’s closed.
-german roaches while we stayed we saw 6.
-dirty house, stains on wall by the bar stools, stove was dirty when we came in and needed to clean it before cooking, bath mats were not cleaned
-if you have a big family coming and want to do a family dinner here you need to bring your own pans, these are small and very dirty.
-pool was dirty but they came the third day to clean it
Overall it’s cute but gross and responses from the company takes awhile.
