Casa De La Sea is a bright and beachy home with four bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. Step out to the backyard, where a covered porch greets you with a foosball table and gas grill. A large dining table and seating area on the patio invite outdoor living in style. With 4 bikes and a 6-seater golf cart keeping you close to the action, Casa De La Sea has everything you'll need for your dream coastal vacation! Includes a complimentary 6 seater golf cart and 4 adult bikes during your stay.

BEACH ACCESS: Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access is just a short distance away. Hop on your bikes and get ready for an amazing day! When you make it out of your neighborhood take a left, continue on 30A for about a mile then take a right on to Blue Mountain Rd. At the stop sign turn right and you have made it to the beach.

- There is additional parking available at the Grayton Beach Shuttle Parking Area.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
