Quiet, mostly retired residents. Close to shopping, beaches and restaurants. Lots of biking and running trails. Season is November thru April for snowbirds. HOA needs a minimum of a month rental. 30 days needed for HOA to approve renters. $100 application fee HOA and $50 background check for renters.

Kim was a wonderful, helpful, responsive and kind host! The house is in an ideal location between Naples and Bonita, near enough to 41 to get everywhere easily, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Neighbors are extremely friendly and welcoming. Planning our next stay already!

Our stay in this villa was fantastic. The villa was clean and close to everything we needed. Short drive to Vanderbuilt beach is a plus. The gated community where the villa is located is beautiful and well kept. Kim the host was wonderful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
