About this house rental
This property was completely renovated as of December 2023 and includes hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, 3 beds, 2 baths, master has sliders that open to pool deck, amenities include gas stove, WiFi, cable, fire pit, BBQ, pool and washer/dryer. This is such a quaint peaceful neighborhood that is literally around the corner from the beach and a few minutes away from good restaurants, shopping and nightlife. If you have watercraft, you are welcome to bring them - boats under 20ft, jet skis, kayaks etc. I want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible so have included items like linens, towels, toiletries, etc so all you need to do is bring your suitcase and get ready to relax.

Adorable bungalow in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Pool was very relaxing. We didn't bring a boat, but if you do you can launch right from the driveway. Canal is loaded with fish. Lights strung in several yards create a beautiful atmosphere. No problems encountered. Just be careful of awkward steps leading to laundry room in the garage.

Amy, our Host was very attentive. House is located in a very nice North Naples neighborhood and was a comfortable and quiet place to stay. We stayed 5 nights and would stay there again

It was a beautiful quiet place to stay.Property manager was great with communication! Great place to look at a sunset, while sitting in the dock enjoying the evening!

The house is nice and it was perfect for our family. The only reason not all stars is the boat ramp is very misleading and where the home is located you can not go in and out during low tide. At low tide the water is less then a foot which makes it where you can’t get to the house or back out.
