The kitchen features a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is also a utility room with a sink for washing boots. Fibre-optic Wi-Fi. Early check-in at 2pm is available at this site but must be booked and paid for at least 1 week prior to arrival. Due to the fact that lodges need to be cleaned and hot tubs drained, cleaned and refilled after every guest has vacated, check-in time is strictly 3pm onwards at this site unless an early check-in has been booked prior to arrival".
There will be that routine grounds maintenance being undertaken on the lakes to remove reeds growing in the lakes. This will be undertaken in all the lakes on site and should not affect your stay in any way apart from the slight noise of the machinery on site.

Amazing Lodges with fantastic facilities and welcome packs that we didn't expect. Home from home.I left my phone in the lodge and I didn't realise until I was home. A lady found it and handed it in to the office. I called Hambleton when I got home and Ian said he would post it to me. If that's not going above and beyond I don't know what is. Well done team 👠and a big thank you!!!We will definitely be back.

Really nice lodge and would definitely go back, would be 5 star but found beds slightly uncomfortable. Lovely area enjoyed the ducks and swans swimming round the lodge
