Ideally located in the 13th arrondissement, right at the Place d'Italie metro station and only a 5-minute walk from Tolbiac metro station, our flat is the perfect home for your mid to long-term stay in beautiful Paris!
Our modern and clean studio flat features a sofa and dining table overlooking a panoramic and gorgeous view of the city.
The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a hotplate, microwave, and fridge. We also have a Italian Moka coffee maker, toaster, and kettle prepared for your use!
The double bed (dimension 140 X 190cm) is prepared with fresh sheets and there is a wardrobe to keep your belongings. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower and clean towels. Feel free to use the ironing facilities, cleaning equipment, and washing machine in the home.
NB : Possibility of a parking space on the premises (in the building) - On request (extra charge).

Let yourself be surprised by the Butte-aux-Cailles, historical district of the city of Paris, look up, you will discover any kind of drawing or messages on the walls of buildings. In the borough there are several wall paintings that have been approved by the authorities and realized by international artists claiming street art. In the evening, the Butte-aux-Cailles is a festive place, ideal for a meal or an aperitif! How can we not talk about the XIIIth without mentioning its mythical Chinatown? Let yourself be surprised by the mixture of culture of this famous district. Lively both day and night, this area is also ideal for shopping, it is one of the cheapest in Paris.
The home is conveniently located just a 5 minute walk from the Place d'Italie and Tolbiac metro station. There are also bus stops along the main road.
Orly Airport is a 20 minute drive from the home, while Charles de Gaulle is a 30 minute drive away.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

Well located, wonderful view. However, I had problems with the Wi-Fi and TV for the entire stay. In fact, the TV only worked in the last week.
