This 1-bedroom apartment in Paris is the perfect romantic getaway for couples. It offers a homely and intimate space for you and your loved one to enjoy. It is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs.
This apartment offers an open space plan with a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stovetop, a microwave, and a dishwasher, making it convenient to clean up after preparing a delicious meal. It is integrated into the living room, which features a comfortable sofa and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows.
The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The property features a dedicated office space with a desk, armchair, and bookcase, making it ideal for remote workers or those who need to catch up on some reading.
The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a wardrobe with hangers for all your storage needs, and an ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience with all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, a towel dryer and complimentary toiletries.

Immediate proximity to the Latin Quarter, its Jardin des Plantes for a nature getaway in the heart of the city and the Place Monge, planted with trees and dominated by an imposing barracks of the Republican Guard. For bowling enthusiasts, take a few steps to enjoy the great Mouffetard establishment.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest subway station, Saint-Marcel, is just a 6-minute walk.
Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 38-minute drive from the property.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

The flat is well structured. The lounge/kitchen area has a good TV and the kitchen is practical and well equipped. The bedroom has a large wardrobe which is useful for longer stays. There is also a small room that serves well as an office. The internet worked well. The bathroom was very clean and the shower regulates the water very well. My wife and I spent almost three months in the flat and it suited us well. It is very close to the Jardin des Plantes and there are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. There's also a metro two blocks away. In short, we had a good stay there.
