Good hotel, helpful staff
Room has large floor to ceiling windows, and a large comfy bed.
Some nice restos and whatnot in the same building.
Decent location. Clean bathroom
Note: No fridge and be mindful of the wall plug type. Also Agoda says all fees included but there is an additional fee to pay at hotel, so keep that in mind. I believe city public transportation is included (Swiss law for travelers, this hotel applies)

Close to the tram stops. Newish hotel
Hot water available at ground level
We paid CHF 26 for Uber from hotel to train station (in the morning)

A clean, well-located say that offers good value for money. The stuff were friendly and helpful, while housekeeping kept everything in good order. Wi-fi was reliable and the bathroom and hot water all contributed to a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, my stay started on a poor note. The first room assigned to me was inaccessible because the passcode provided did not work. After returning to reception, I was reassigned to another room, but it was again on the first floor with sealed windows and no view. The lack of natural light and ventilation made the room feel cramped and uninviting.
I hope the hotel can improve its room assignment process and ensure access codes are properly verified before guests arrive.
